The WTCPUA is a publicly owned water and wastewater utility, serving western Travis and northern Hays Counties. Services are provided for roughly, 9,700 retail water connections; 2,680 retail wastewater connections; 14 wholesale customer contracts, and 11,000 estimated wholesale connections. The WTCPUA's mission is to provide the highest possible services at the most economical pricing.
